Time:  Ongoing

Scope of Work:

We are aware of a recently disclosed vulnerability known as Copy Fail, which affects certain Linux systems under specific conditions.

This issue is classified as a local privilege escalation vulnerability, meaning it requires local access to a system and cannot be exploited remotely on its own. In some cases, vulnerabilities of this type may be used in combination with other exploits, such as those affecting cPanel to increase the level of access after an initial compromise.

As a precautionary measure, we are in the process of applying patches and additional safeguards across all systems, even where exposure is not currently present. This is part of our standard proactive security posture.

At this time, there is no evidence of exploitation within our environment. No action is required from clients, and all services remain fully operational.  We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as needed.
