Login to your control and click on the SQL Database Icon. Where it has the field for db, type in the name of the database that you want to create and click on the Add Db button. Make sure that you note that your database name is always setup as follows:
username_database name. So if the username create for the main account was insider and I wanted to create the database with the name of test then the database name would be insider_test
